Youth Camp
 


MichCA's Youth camps main mission is to the goal is to promote cricket by providing quality coaching to the youth. and   Also to encourage young cricketers to play socially and in age group regulated, local, national and international competition.

Michigan Cricket Association started this Youth Program in 2003. This program runs for about 6 weeks from the month of June to Sep. Youth in the group age of 6 years to 16 years are allowed to join the program.

The training in this program depends upon the skill level of the individual. If he/she just started then coaches have to start from the basics and then move on to the next level.

The MichCA coaches work on the following aspects of the game:

  • Basics of Cricket
  • Techniques
  • Team Building
  • Improve the Cricketing skills
  • Leadership qualities
